BidDocs Online maintains a current listing of both public and private construction bid projects and services & material proposal solicitations. With a click, you can easily view drawings, specifications, request for proposals (RFPs), addenda and bid result information at your convenience - FREE! You can also download the documents you want (.pdf format) or you may request a hardcopy of the documents and have the documents forwarded within 24 hours via overnight mail. There are no membership fees or passwords required for use of the services.

CONSTRUCTION The construction tab includes both public and private construction projects out to bid. The Public Listings are available for anyone to view, download or request hard copies of the documents. The By Invitation are projects being solicited by public clients that require the bidder to be "pre-qualified" or by private clients that have "pre-selected" the bidders. Whether a public pre-qualified bidder or a private pre-selected bidder, the client will forward the web-link and password to access the project information.

SOLICITATIONS The solicitations tab includes requests for proposals for both services and materials. The Services and Materials listings are available for anyone to view, download or request hard copies of the documents. ARCHIVES The archives tab allows access to a searchable web-based plan room archives of drawings, specifications, submittals, AutoCad files and other record documents. Access into an archive requires a user name and password provided by the individual client.
